LOVE YOUR ENEMY

Did you know that sin is a violent ordeal for a soul to endure? Yes, it is a traumatic experience because it is designed to kill the body and soul. A decision is made and then POW, we are in decades of cycle that kill all that we are and all that we will ever be. Our response to sin is important. Yes, for a believer, we rebuke and correct, but for those who don’t know Christ, there is a care that must be had. God wants our enemies to be our footstool so that through their servanthood they are purified through our faith and belief in Him. That is why we must learn to LOVE OUR ENEMIES! If you want to change the world, forgive them and bless them with the love of Christ. Jesus is the best gift that anyone could ever receive. Jesus said in Luke 5:32: “I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance”.Image result for Love your enemies

We must learn the art of love, by not just going to those who already know Him, but to those who need answers. Yes, we sit with them. That is okay! …..just don’t be a partaker of sin. Lead them into who Christ is in the most loving way. Show them that His love is greater than the temporal effects of the cigarette or the bottle. All of us have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but as believers we understand grace, His blood, redemption, and forgiveness of sins. The unbelieving must hear this good news, that there is a deliverer and a Savior that can rescue their entire existence. They can be delivered from curses. There is a new and living way that will guarantee their eternal life. Your enemies need to know that God loves them. Innately, everybody is searching for the Big Guy upstairs. The questions arise: “Who am I?  What am I? Why am I here? Shall I remain here?” These are all questions that the Father wants to answer for all His children because He is a Father. Let’s share the great love of the Father to the world. Let’s talk about Jesus, who is GOOD NEWS to every broken son, that you are here on purpose and for a purpose! Tell them that God is at the other end waiting with open arms. God will fix it all!

KINGDOM GREATNESS

When have we ever needed someone’s permission to be great? We are filled with so much power as Christians. We are odd and peculiar in nature, set aside, and uniquely designed to mold different environments into who we are. We are game changers, affectious, and infectious. What doesn’t look like the world’s fashion upsets us because our identity is so helter skelter at times. HEY! We don’t mold into them, but they conform to us! In the most basic diagnosis, Christians are just insecure. Daniel 11:32 defines the people of God clearly in the face of adversity and opposition of the world. It says: “And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits”. WOW!!! Those that know their God will be able to stand firm against what is politically correct and culturally acceptable without being swayed or bound to man’s approval. They will know their God and not a false one. They will be able to demonstrate Him in a powerful display of not only miracles, but the power to lead whole armies of the Lord. God is waiting on us to pass this test. These individuals will be able to deny themselves and take up a greater cause. We cannot become backwards, not knowing the power we truly possess as believers.

You’ve been walking into rooms with the brightest smile in the world but have retracted that smile because you were not sure if that type of joy was allowed in such climates. DON’T DO THAT! Let them call you the crazy one for having joy where it’s not comprehendible. You were sent to bring peace, joy, and an experience that no one else knows but you. You are the voice of justice. You were sent to declare the acceptable year of the Lord, but you are refusing to because you want what’s foreign to your greatness to accept you? BE WHO YOU ARE! Someone needs your smile and your hello. They need your: “It’s all going to be okay. Don’t worry.” “God is here now”…..And He will be there when you walk into a room. We must believe on the Lord Jesus, not just for ourselves, but for others as well. They will believe because we didn’t hide Him.
